John is the founder of Whitestar and focuses on strategic planning with an emphasis on sales growth and new technologies.
Best bit of the job: John enjoys going to work everyday 😊 but the best bits are watching team members grow, from apprentice to qualified, from qualified to management.

What is the first thing you would buy if you won the lottery? I’d by my parents their dream home
Steve directs all the operations of the company to ensure that all departments work together efficiently and that client projects are delivered on-time and on-budget.
Best bit of the job: Steve enjoys the satisfaction of a job well done. He loves supporting other team members to understand and achieve their full potential and sharing his electrical knowledge with everyone from engineers to apprentices.
Special skills: Project/Construction Management and a great sense of humour.
Favourite TV programme: Steve loves a bit of Sci-Fi (Star Trek is a particular favourite) and a classic comedy such as Only Fools and Horses.
Dream holiday location: Remote Caribbean island
What is the first thing you would buy if you won the lottery? Buy my wife her own house, Joking. Buy our dream home together in the Lake District
Nick manages the company operations on a day-to-day basis, liaising with clients and ensuring projects exceed our client’s expectations.
Best bit of the job: Nick enjoys building strong relationships with clients who know they can trust him and Whitestar to deliver.

Best bit of the job: Chris enjoys working closely with a group of people he has got to know and respect over the years.

Dream holiday location: 3 months at sea on a private yacht.
What is the first thing you would buy if you won the lottery?
The yacht.
Sarah is responsible for the day to day running of the Whitestar office and is the go-to person for any issues the Operations or Admin team have.
Best bit of the job: Sarah likes the variety; every day is different.
Special skills: Good communication skills, excellent organisational skills and copes well under pressure.
Favourite TV programme: Sarah has some diverse tastes; Breaking Bad and Love Island!
Dream holiday location: Sarah has a list; Machu Picchu, Peru, Canadian Rockies, Banff, Vietnam and Alaska.
What is the first thing you would buy if you won the lottery?
I would buy a beautiful house for me and my children in the middle of nowhere, yet close enough to amenities.
Amy supports the Operations and Finance teams to ensure that all administration is dealt with efficiently and things run smoothly.
Best bit of the job: Amy loves working with the Whitestar team in a forward-thinking and supportive company.

What is the first thing you would buy if you won the lottery?
My dream car (an Audi) and design and build my own house in middle of nowhere.
Controlling the documents!
Jo provides administrative support to the Operations Department and is responsible for the smooth running of the office and day to day administration tasks.
Best bit of the job: Providing high level administration to any business requires teamwork and support – both of which I receive in spades here at Whitestar. I love being a cog in the wheel of an organisation.
Special skills: I sing soprano in a ladies choir based out in Essex. I am also currently writing my first novel.
Favourite TV programme: I love all genres of television, particularly thrillers and drama, but my favourite tv show from recent years is BBC’s Gentleman Jack.
Dream holiday location: I have always had a wanderlust and had the privilege of travelling to many parts of the world over the years. My dream trip however would be to travel around Japan and its many islands.
What is the first thing you would buy if you won the lottery? Apart from that trip to Japan, I would buy a debenture for the Wimbledon tennis championships.
Maintaining & hopefully improving the efficiency within the Operations team by organising, scheduling and anything else required.
Best bit of the job: Working with a great team and the satisfaction of a job well done.
Special skills: Ability to adapt to any situation, sense of humour & learning new skills.

What is the first thing you would buy if you won the lottery? Pigmy goats & a small country estate that has a duck pond and stables.
Responsible for maintaining and managing Whitestar's financial records. This is by recording, organising, and analysing the transactions.
Best bit of your job: The satisfaction of having balanced accounts or finding the cause of a discrepancy.
Special skills: Being organised, accurate, chatty, and clumsy!
